SIMON LEE

GENERAL MANAGER

An avid dog lover, who is fluent in 5 different languages, Simon Lee has been a part of the Tamarind Restaurant Group for over ten years. His extensive education in the hospitality industry is inspiring and we are honored to have him as a part of the Tamarind Restaurant Group family.

Simon graduated college from the American Hotel & Motel Association (AHMA) with a degree in Hotel & Culinary Arts. From there, he has worked with numerous hotels including The Ritz Carlton Company.

A travel enthusiast, Simon has been to over ten countries, and equally enjoys nights in with his two dogs in Midtown.

SAMANTHA NIYOMKUL

MANAGER

A travel lover who has a passion for creating memorable dining experiences, Samantha Niyomkul has worked with the Tamarind Restaurant Group for over 15 years.

Sister to Charlie Niyomkul, and aunt to DeeDee Niyomkul, Samantha is more than a manager at Tuk Tuk Thai Food Loft - she truly is family. Originally from Thailand, Samantha fell in love with the hospitality industry when she first cooked a fish dish for her friends and family, who all loved and raved about her cooking.
